YEREVAN, JULY 20, ARMENPRESS: The project Yerevan Bestseller implemented by the Armenpress News Agency highly contributes to the sale of the books in our Republic. As Armenpress was reported by the Head of the State Language Inspectorate of the Ministry of Education and Sciences of the Republic of Armenia Sergo Yeritsyan, one should treat the book well and always keep it in the center of attention. “One should always talk about the books, as in the current conditions even the most book-loving person cannot enter the bookshop and we should do so that he would lead his steps to the bookshops. Your project supports this idea”, - said Sergo Yeritsyan.
The Head of the State Language Inspectorate of the Ministry of Education and Sciences of the Republic of Armenia expressed his wish that the book should always interest everybody like a lottery. Besides, the advertisement, promoting the sale of the books, should be made properly. “Ads must be developed so that to attract the society and lead the people to the books”, - added Sergo Yeritsyan.
Armenpress has been presenting the sales rating of the fiction literature in the Yerevan bookshops for already seven months, noting the 10 most demanded books. It has been for a month that the kid’s books have been separated from the general list and are presented to the reader with a separate list.
