Terms of use
These rules define the terms and conditions of the use of Armenpress materials. The usage includes any reproduction, distribution, broadcasting, translation, or other processing of materials from electronic resources, as well as other forms specified in Article 1124 of the Republic of Armenia Civil Code.
- The use of 'Armenpress' materials in violation of these rules is considered an infringement of the exclusive rights of 'Armenpress' CJSC and may lead to liability as provided by current legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
- All the information posted on the Armenpress website is protected by copyright laws of the Republic of Armenia and international agreements. Reproduction in any form requires consent from the editorial office, except for excerpts that do not disclose the material's nature, as specified by Article 22.1 of the RA Law on Copyright and Related Rights.
- Complete reproduction of materials is possible only with a contract with the editorial office. In the case of full reprinting, any changes to the title and text are prohibited.
- Photos, videos, audio materials, and graphic images bearing the 'Armenpress' trademark are the exclusive property of Armenpress and are protected by the RA Law on Copyright and Related Rights, the RA Civil Code, and international agreements. Reproduction without proper attribution is prohibited.
- The advertiser is responsible for the content of advertising materials, announcements, and materials on the website “Armenpress”.
These Rules have been developed in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Armenia, including the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, and the Law of the Republic of Armenia 'On Mass Media'.
These Rules apply to all Users. It is considered that the user has fully accepted the provisions of these Rules without any reservations, comments, or exceptions at the time of the first visit to the 'Armenpress' electronic resource and/or the use of its materials. The user is obliged to stop visiting the 'Armenpress' electronic resource and/or using its materials if they do not agree with any provision of these Rules.
The use of 'Armenpress' materials in violation of any of the provisions of these Rules means that they are used without the permission of 'Armenpress', which is a violation of the rights of 'Armenpress' and/or third parties and implies criminal, civil, and other responsibility, according to the current legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
