Gagik Harutyunyan submitted legal issues package on elimination of Armenian Genocide consequences to Armenian President

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS. The legal issues package on elimination of Armenian Genocide consequences was officially submitted to the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan. The head of the committee formed within the State Commission on Coordination of the events dedicated to the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide Gagik Harutyunyan, during the interview with the journalists, informed that the document is intended for service usage and is not a subject for publishing. "We created an Analytical Center in June of this year and appointed Valdimir Vardanyan as the responsible figure for the Center, who is one of the trained proffessionals of this sector. International laywers are also involved in the Center. They managed to elaborate the legal issues package, which I officially submitted to Armenian President", said Gagik Harutyunyan, as "Armenpress" reports.

According to his speech, the secrecy is a necessity during this period."We will discuss it from November 20-21, and some provisions will be available for the public. Combining the approaches of several individuals, groups and organizations, we will submit the conception and the works will be carried out based on it. This is an ongoing process and it will take place in a number of dimensions", he mentioned.
