YEREVAN, 3 DECEMBER, ARMENPRESS. The first AREAL linear accelerator for science and research in the region will be used for research starting at the end of the year. The accelerator was designed and built in Armenia. The materials for research are 5 topics from the fields of Molecular Physics, Materiology, Biophysics, Biomedicine and Microelectronics and New Accelerator Technologies.
During a press conference, Chairman of Armenia’s State Committee on Science Samvel Harutyunyan informed that the Committee has received offers from international research centers, but will reach specific agreements starting next year.
