Armenian Prosecutor General hosted Georgian minister of Justice

YEREVAN, JUNE 17, ARMENPRESS: Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia Aghvan Hovsepyan hosted the delegation headed by the minister of Justice of Georgia Tea Tsulukiani on June 17.

“Armenpress” reports that during the meeting issues relating to judicial reforms implementing in both countries, specialties of prosecutorial system have been discussed.

At the guest’s request Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia told in details the positive experience of Armenia in the fight against illicit drug trafficking, the implemented steps in direction of securing the recorded achievements. The sides made arrangement to continue cooperation.

Earlier “Armenpress” had informed that on June Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Armenia to Georgia Hovhannes Manukyan met chief prosecutor of Georgia Archil Kbilashvili.

Ambassador Manukyan taking into consideration his first meeting with the chief prosecutor congratulated on occasion of holding the position and expressed hope that partnership relations of two countries including in the sphere of cooperation law enforcement forces will keep the formed high level. Archil Kbilashvili thanked for good wishes and mentioned Armenian-Georgian cooperation in judicial system is one of the most important directions of bilateral relations.
