YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 14, ARMENPRESS: National Football team of Armenia has scored the first goal of Armenia-Lithuania friendly match. As reports Armenpress, midfielder of Armenian national team Edgar Manucharyan has scored the goal on the 7th minute of the game receiving the ball from Aras Özbiliz, Turkish born Armenian footballer.
For Sargis Hovsepyan, who has captained Armenian team for ages, it is the last game in his career and he left the field a few minutes ago under stormy applause.
The match is ongoing in the "Republican" stadium of Yerevan. This is the concluding match of Armenian National team in 2012. Next time Armenian team will meet with the National Football team of Czech Republic.
