YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 27, ARMENPRESS. The conditions for resumption of large-scale military operations are not visible, Vice Prime Minister of Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh Republic) Artur Aghabekyan writes on Facebook.

He asked those who voice on resumption of war not to dismay the residents of Karabakh, the parents and relatives of thousands of soldiers.

“The war started since 1991 has not ended yet, the so-called ceasefire regime was violated immediately after the signing of the ceasefire till now and will be violated for decades. The weapons and their calibers, technique and technologies will change, if we view this as a military operation, it will take place from time to time. We, who live in Karabakh, must always send signal to our people that this is our bitter and heavy, but at the same time honorable and obliging cross. But if you want, you can call it a constant fight. This is the inevitable that exists today and will exist for a long time”, he writes.
