STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 19, ARMENPRESS. Unexploded shells were found near residential homes at V. Mamikonyan Street and M. Sparapet Street in Stepanakert amid the ongoing Azerbaijani bombardment of the Nagorno-Karabakh capital, local law enforcement authorities announced.

In a statement, the State Service of Emergency Situations advised citizens to avoid touching any unknown items in the streets and immediately notify police upon noticing such items.
