Russia’s boxer Misha Aloyan stripped of Olympic medal

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 9, ARMENPRESS. Boxer Misha Aloyan – silver medalist of the Summer Olympics of Rio has been stripped of his medal, TASS reports. The decision was carried out by the Courtof Arbitration forSport.

Tuaminoheptanehas been discovered in Aloyan’s blood sample, a substance which is contained in anti-flu nasal drops. Aloyan supposedly was obliged to notify the World Anti Doping Agency on using the medication.
