Official opening of Dprevank 86th academic year takes place presided by Aram I Catholicos

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 12, ARMENPRESS. Official opening of Dprevank 86th academic year took place presided by His Holiness Aram I Catholicos on October 12. “Armenpress” was informed about this from the official website of the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia. An event was organized on this occasion during which a section of the Holy Bible was read.

His Holiness delivered a commandment during the event. “Dprevank is not an ordinary school but a sacred structure. It was and will remain a sacramental center of the Armenian Diaspora for congregating human resources. Dprevank has a special mission which is best described by the words “fire of religion and love to nation”. In other words, belief and rationality, the Church and the nation amalgamate at Dprevank. Our generations will be brought up by this spirit at Dprevank, to fulfill their mission towards their nation”.
