Lucescu confirmed that Juventus is interested in Henrikh Mkhitaryan

YEREVAN, MAY 2, ARMENPRESS. The Head Coach of FC Shakhtar Donetsk Mircea Lucescu confirmed news in accordance with which Juventus of Turin is interested in the services of the midfielder of the Armenian National Football Team and FC Shakhtar Donetsk Henrikh Mkhitaryan. As reports "Armenpress" in an interview to TuttoJuve.com Mircea Lucescu stated that the Italian club likes Mkhitaryan, notwithstanding he does not think that Juventus will be able to pay the necessary amount of money. Also the Romanian expert underlined: "The Chairman of our club does not hurry, the necessary sum has been defined (USD 30 million) for which Mkhitaryan will leave the club. To my opinion Juventus is not ready to pay that amount."

Among other things he noted that Henrikh Mkhitaryan is an excellent player and does a lot of work on the field. He is a unique player for the club and hence he is not for sale.
