YEREVAN, JULY 23, ARMENPRESS: Football club “Ulisses” left for Moldova in the morning of July 23 where on July 24 will take place the response match of the second qualification round of Champions League “Ulisses” – “Sherif”.
Though the champion of Armenia was defeated in the first match in his own field but there are still hopes that “Ulisses” will manage to pass the first round. The players and coaches of the team have mentioned during interviews many times that they would play only for victory. The match in Yerevan showed that champion of Armenia was not weaker than the champion of Moldova and could not only play draw but defeat the opponent if the forwards of the team used their chances.
In the second round of the Moldavian championship “Sherif” defeated 4:1 “Academia”. Tonight the champion of Armenia will hold training in the “Sherif” stadium.
The match will begin on July 24 at 21:00 o’clock.
