The design and testing of the new uniforms for the Armed Forces are proceeding normally, and the first prototypes are expected soon, Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan said on Monday.
"The process is proceeding normally. During my recent visit to the United States, I shared some information about it. This year, we expect the first field uniform prototypes, which will number several thousand," said Papikyan.
The minister added that the prototypes must undergo field testing, after which the uniforms for the entire army will be updated.
