“We’ve had undeniable successes in the past period,” he added, highlighting the finalization of the terms of the peace treaty with Azerbaijan, which is yet to be signed.
He said Armenia and Azerbaijan are now conducting consultations to determine the timeframes and other technicalities of signing the agreement.
Pashinyan mentioned the active dialogue between Armenia and Turkiye.
He said the relations between Armenia and Iran are on an unprecedented high level. Pashinyan also lauded the strategic partnership with Georgia.

Ties with France and the EU are on the highest level ever, he said.
“The republic and democracy are reality. The balanced and balancing foreign policy is reality. Sovereignty and independence are reality. The state is reality. And we must appreciate and cherish these achievements. We have overcome the chapter of history of losses and we have entered a promising era of a history of achievements. Pessimism and despair are no longer companions of Armenia. Armenia’s companions are state-centered self-awareness, knowledge-based understanding of the world, development and democracy. Peace and security will become the long-term companions of the Republic of Armenia. There will be no war, there will be peace,” Pashinyan said.
