Defense Minister inspects training units

Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan conducted inspection visits to a number of military training units and centers of the Ministry of Defense.

The ministry said in a press release that during the visits, the minister followed the organization of the training process and ongoing work, familiarized himself with the daily life of servicemen, as well as the construction of barracks and infrastructure.

Minister Papikyan also visited training centers of the UAV and Signal Troops. He familiarized himself with the level of personnel training and the work aimed at effectively organizing their daily service.

At the end of the visits, the defense minister gave instructions to the heads of the responsible units to ensure the uninterrupted implementation of the training process, develop infrastructure, and continuously improve service conditions.
