Problem between Pobeda Airlines and Shirak Airport solved, says Armenian Civil Aviation Committee

YEREVAN, AUGUST 6, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian Civil Aviation Committee has said that the problem which led to Pobeda Airlines announcing suspension of flights to Armenia has been solved.

“We have already spoken to the Armenian representation of Pobeda Airlines and we were told that the problem has been solved. We have organized a meeting today with representatives of Pobeda and Shirak Airport,” the committee told ARMENPRESS.

Earlier TASS reported that the Russian low-cost carrier will cancel its flights to Armenia from the winter season. A source told TASS that Pobeda is suspending its flights due to under-fueling of its aircraft at the Armenian airport in Gyumri.
