Armenian President to deliver speech at PACE winter session

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 20, ARMENPRESS. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will deliver speech at the winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) which will be held in Strasbourg on January 22-26, Armenpress reports citing the PACE website.

During the session the PACE will elect its President, a new Commissioner for Human Rights and also a European Court of Human Rights judge in respect of Spain.

The PACE will also be addressed by the Prime Minister of Denmark and the President of Austria.
