Armenia’s PM holds luncheon with President of Tajikistan

YEREVAN, JUNE 15, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan held a luncheon with President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon who is in Armenia on official visit, press service of the Government told Armenpress.

The sides discussed a number of issues related to the further development and expansion of Armenian-Tajik relations at various spheres.

The two officials stated that the governments of the two countries must continue making efforts to further intensify the bilateral economic ties, increase trade turnover volumes and implement different joint programs.

In this sense, the sides attached importance to the Armenian-Tajik business forum held in Yerevan and expressed confidence it will give new impetus to boosting business ties.
