YEREVAN, DECEMBER 8, ARMENPRESS. His Holiness Aram I,Catholicos of Cilicia held a phone conversation with President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on December 8, hailing the adoption of the Constitutional Reforms in Armenia due to referendum results. “Armenpress” was informed about it from Catholicosate of Cilicia.
His Holiness expressed hopes that the important step in question will further foster democracy, create a possibility of more active and practical participation of the political parties representing the people, as well as provide an opportunity to jointly overcome the issues related to the homeland.
His Holiness Aram I reaffirmed the support of Catholicosate of Cilicia to projects and activities aimed at the development and strengthening of Armenia independence.
