Serzh Sargsyan participates in EPP Summit

YEREVAN, JUNE 25, ARMENPRESS.Serzh Sargsyan, President of the Republic of Armenia, who is on a working visit to the Kingdom of Belgium, attended the European Peoples’ Party (EPP) Summit in Brussels on June 25 hosted by the EPP President Joseph Daul.

The Summit was attended by the Presidents of the European Council and European Commission Donald Tusk and Jean-Claude Juncker, as well as the heads of the EU and Eastern Partnership states and governments, who represent the parties which are EPP members.As Armenpress was informed by the Public Relations and Mass Media Department of the Office of the President, the developments in the sphere of the Eastern Partnership following Riga Summit, as well as approaches to the issues set on the agenda of the upcoming session of the European Council were discussed.
