As “Armenpress” reports,168.amaddressed press secretary of the President of the Republic of Armenia Arman Saghatelyan to find out whether or not Serzh Sargsyan would accept the offer that First President of the Republic of Armenia, leader of the Armenian National Congress Levon Ter-Petrosyan made in his open letter to meet face-to-face and discuss issues relating to the content in the “Pan-Armenian Declaration on the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide”.
