YEREVAN, 11 DECEMBER, ARMENPRESS. A criminal case has been instigated in relation to the shots that were fired in the Malatia-Sebastia District and left one citizen injured. This is what press secretary of Armenia’s Investigative Committee Sona Truzyan said in an interview with “ArmenPress”. “The doctors at the hospital sounded the alarm about receiving a citizen who had been shot. An investigator immediately went to the hospital. A criminal case has been instigated under Articles 112 (1) and 235 (1),” Truzyan mentioned.
Shots were fired in the Malatia-Sebastia District of Yerevan, after which a 39-year old man was transferred to the hospital after having received an injury in his stomach. The Police of the Republic of Armenia is clarifying the details of the incident.
