YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 19, ARMENPRESS: The German media touched upon the match Napoli-Borussia and evaluated the game of the Dortmund footballers. As reported by Armenpress, the German Ruhrnachricht wrote about the midfielder of the Armenian National Football team and Borussia Dortmund Henrikh Mkhitaryan: “Mkhitaryan looked good during the first minutes of the match. For several times he took the ball from the opponent but at the same time he looked a little distracted in the field. Nevertheless, Mkhitaryan did not give a process to the game of Borussia”.

The German BILD wrote about the removal of the goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller: “He was the most tragic figure in the field”.

In the first match of the Champions’ League group stage Borussia Dortmund was defeated by Napoli with the score 2:1. The goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller was removed for hand play. The head coach of Borussia Jürgen Klopp as well was removed for arguing with the referee.

The midfielder of the Armenian National Football team and Borussia Dortmund Henrikh Mkhitaryan moved to the German Borussia Dortmund from the Ukrainian Shakhtar. The transfer of Henrikh Mkhitaryan is the fourth most expensive transfer during the history of the German Bundesliga. The Shakhtar got €27,5 million for the midfielder of the Armenian National Football team.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan was born 21 January 1989. He is an Armenian football player who currently plays as a midfielder for German Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund and the Armenian national team. Mkhitaryan has participated in 39 international matches and scored 11 goals for the Armenian national team since his debut on 14 January 2007.

His previous clubs include Pyunik Yerevan, where he came through the youth system, and Metalurg Donetsk. Mkhitaryan was chosen Armenian Footballer of the Year in 2009, 2011 and 2012. He was also voted as the best Shakhtar player of 2011–12 season by the fans. In 2012 Mkhitaryan was named in UEFA's Top 100 players by UEFA European Football Yearbook 2012-13. In the second-round games of the current season in the German Bundesliga, Borussia Dortmund hosted the Eintracht Braunschweig and won with the score 1:2 due to the double by Mkhitaryan.
