40 internal and inter-state agencies paper circulation carried out electronically

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 3, ARMENPRESS: The project "Armenia e-government structural development" launched by the Found of the European Union in Armenia. This new initiative aims to implement electronic transaction processing programs, to support the digitization of Civil Registry and to provide Armenian citizens with a new communicate with the Government. As informed "Armenpress" the Head of the Republic of Armenia Government Staff Davit Sargsyan addressed to the results of the reforms of the e-government system development framework for 2008-2012.

According to him a number of reforms in a number of areas have been implemented in the frames of development of e-government system in 2008-2012 investing 15 e-government systems. Especially electronic signatures, electronic paper circulation systems, three tributary systems, electronic register for business registration, electronic auctions, electronic police, electronic inventory, payments, online budget, electronic licenses etc. He said: "In the state management system of the Republic of Armenia in the result of introduction of the electronic documentation signature system is made possible to apply the State Bodies online and to follow the process of application."
