Snowfall, temperature drop expected across Armenia

Snowfall and a drop in temperature are expected in Armenia, according to meteorologists.

Gagik Surenyan, Deputy Director of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center, said in a video that a cold atmospheric front is expected to enter the country on Saturday evening.

“From late this evening, snow is expected across the entire territory of the country. In certain areas, it will be heavy, and in some mountain zones, blizzards with low horizontal visibility are also possible,” Surenyan said.

Motorists are urged to drive with winter tires at all times.
