Valery Atajanyan appointed member of the Karabakh Civil Service board

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 14, ARMENPRESS: President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing Valery Atajanyan the member of the NKR Civil Service board with six year term of office, Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President told Armenpress.
