GYUMRI, NOVEMBER 10, ARMENPRESS:A symposium dedicated to "Recognition of youth work and non-formal education" will be held November 14-16 in Strasburg on the initiative of the Council of Europe and EU Cooperation Office. More than 50 representatives of public and state spheres will participate in the latter: they will present the experience of youth organizations of their countries.
Head specialist of Education, Culture and Sport Department of Shirak governor office Gor Margaryan has been invited as a representative of state management sphere. Gor Margaryan informed Armenpress' correspondent in Gyuri that unfortunately, youth NGOs are not very active in Shirak province.
"I want to see youth organizations more active. This visit will give an opportunity to get acquainted with new methods and technologies of implementation of youth programs and non-formal education, and share that experience with structures dealing in youth affairs, which will activate their activity," noted Mr. Margaryan.
