Secretary-General of the National Museum of Oman visits Armenian Genocide memorial in Yerevan

Secretary-General of the National Museum of Oman Jamal Al-Moosawi visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial and Museum in Yerevan.

Jamal Al-Moosawi is in Armenia at the invitation of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport within the framework of cooperation with the History Museum of Armenia.

Edita Gzoyan, Director of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, welcomed and accompanied Jamal Al-Moosawi to the memorial, the museum-institute administration said in a press release. 

The Secretary-General of the National Museum of Oman laid flowers at the Eternal Flame in memory of the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide, then toured the museum and signed the guestbook.

Ms. Gzoyan presented the history of the memorial’s foundation and its significance for Armenians.
