Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said Armenia has never had the kind of chances it has now to ensure the country’s development and statehood.

He made the remarks at the Cabinet meeting, addressing the current state of affairs and strategic prospects.

After overcoming “infernal” events, he said, now the country has historic opportunities.

“The kind of opportunities have opened for our country, allow me to say, we’ve never had this kind of a chance throughout our history to ensure the lastingness of our state for centuries to come,” Pashinyan said.

The PM added that though threats remain, these threats are nothing new, and today Armenia has the economic and practical ability to manage these threats.

“The difference is that as a counterbalance to the current threats, incredible prospects have opened before our country in all ways,” the PM said.
