Talks between Russia and Ukraine conclude in Istanbul

Talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Istanbul have concluded.

The meeting lasted nearly two hours, RIA Novosti reported.

However, a source quoted by Interfax said the two sides had only taken a “pause” in negotiations.
