YEREVAN, DECEMBER 7, ARMENPRESS. The decision to recognize the State of Palestine, made by the Government of Armenia, was not against Israel, Deputy FM Vahan Kostanyan said at a panel discussion during Manama Dialogue 2024 international forum.
“This decision to recognize the State of Palestine, made by the Government of Armenia, was not against Israel. It is also both for the Palestinian people, but also Israeli people. Because we see the only possible way for these two peoples living in peace and stability is the two state solution,” he said.
Armenia recognized the State of Palestine in June 2024.
