Armenian Prime Minister meets with new Ambassador of the Netherlands

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 2, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has held a meeting with the new Ambassador of the Netherlands to Armenia Marieke Harriet Monroy-Winter.

PM Pashinyan congratulated the ambassador on taking office and wished success for the further development and strengthening of cooperation between Armenia and the Netherlands, the Prime Minister’s Office said in a press release.

The Armenian Prime Minister said that the two countries have been closely cooperating and have active political dialogue. PM Pashinyan expressed hope that the ties will further expand as a result of productive bilateral work in various areas.

The Ambassador underscored the interest of the Dutch government to develop relations with Armenia, including in advancing the democratic reforms, expanding economic ties and developing the Armenia-EU relationship.

Other issues of mutual interest were also discussed.
