Pashinyan congratulates Vietnam’s Prime Minister on Independence Day

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 2, ARMENPRESS. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has issued a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Pham Minh Chinh.
