Aram I to meet Greek PM

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 10, ARMENPRESS: The Head of the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia on September 22 will meet the Prime Minister of Greece Antonis Samaras and the spiritual leader of Greece in Athens in the framework of his visit to Greece. The diplomat of the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia Khachik Bedeyan told Armenpress that during the meeting Aram I will express his gratitude to the Greek government for the adoption of the genocide denial criminalizing bill.

“It is a very important bill, with which the Greek government has proved that it is against any violence and crimes against the humanity. Certainly, at the meeting Aram I will express his gratitude to the Greek PM and the government for this human position”, - said Bedeyan, adding that according to the procedure, it is intended that the Greek PM and the Catholicos will discuss also the Armenian-Greek relations and the Greece-Turkey relations as well.
