Bicycle tournament arranged in Yerevan dedicated to Constitution Day

YERVAN, JULY 5, ARMENPRESS. A bicycle tournament dedicated to the Constitution Day took place in Yerevan supported by the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Yerevan Municipality, and the company “GMG”. More than 60 bicycle riders participated in the competition among whom there were representatives of diplomatic sphere, Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs, as well as sports journalists. “Armenpress” informs that during the interviews with the journalists the Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Gabriel Ghazaryan said: “Such events are welcomed because by this means we can promote the popularity of sports and physical education”.

Michael Karapetyan, Mariam Ohanyan and Artyom Hovhannisyan were the first three to cross the finish line. The bicycle tournament has become traditional and will be repeated continuously.
