Gabriel Sargsyan among leaders at “Teplice Open 2024” international tournament

YEREVAN, JUNE 17, ARMENPRESS. Gabriel Sargsyan, a member of the men's chess team of Armenia, successfully started the “Teplice Open 2024” international tournament.

After two rounds, Gabriel Sargsyan and 40 other chess players have 2 points each. Gabriel Sargsyansurpassed Poland's Piotr Kondys in the first round, and Turkey's AtillaKuru in the second round.

About 300 chess players are participating in the “Teplice Open 2024” international tournament held under the auspices of FIDE. The highest-rated participant of the game is Grandmaster Gabriel Sargsyan, a member of the Armenian men's chess team.

The “Teplice Open 2024” international tournament will end on June 23.
