Hovik Abrahamyan reacts on Robert Kocharyan’s interview

YEREVAN, APRIL 22, ARMENPRESS. The observations of Robert Kocharyan upon the absence of the necessity for the Constitutional Reforms seemed surprising to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan. Armenpress reports that Hovik Abrahamyan stated this in a conversation with NEWS.am reacting on the latest interview of the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan.

In particular, he said: “Of course, I carefully read Robert Kocharyan’s interview. I am really grateful to the second President for good wishes on my appointment in the position of the Prime Minister and for giving a positive assessment to my former work. Only the observations made by Robert Kocharyan upon the absence of the necessity for the Constitutional Reforms seemed surprising to me. It is obvious that Armenia’s political powers have been already speaking for their need for years, and efficient solutions of a number of important issues faced by the country are conditioned by constitutional amendment.
