Russian foreign ministry aims to open Consulate General in Kapan by year's end

YEREVAN, JUNE 20, ARMENPRESS.Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation EvgeniyIvanov stated that Moscow expects to open a Russian Consulate General in Kapan, Armenia shortly, as mentioned in the TASS statement, quoting the words of Evgeniy Ivanov.

"Orders have been issued to open a Consulate General in Armenia," the deputy minister noted, adding that they expect to open the consulate soon, by the end of the year.
