YEREVAN, AUGUST 7, ARMENPRESS. (Press Release, "Armenia" International Airports" CJSC). InJulyof the current year the two airports of the Republic of Armenia served371,883people in total, thus exceeding the indicator of the same month of 2018by16.7%.
As compared toJuly2018,a18.7% increase inpassenger flow was observed atZvartnotsInternational Airport of Yerevan in the7thmonth of 2019. InJuly2019Zvartnotsserved356,934passengers against300,674of the pastJuly.
As forShirakAirport ofGyumri, thisJulyit served14,949passengers, while this indicator was17,898inJuly2018. Thus there has been a decreaseof16.5%.

Since the beginning of the year passenger flow at the two airports of Armenia has been1,692,494people, which exceeds the indicator of the same period of the previous year by11%.
In January-July2019, atZvartnotsandShirakairports there has also been recorded an increase of7.7% in the number of takeoff-landings,as comparedto the same period of the previous year.
