President Sargsyan takes part in ceremonies dedicated to 25th anniversary of NKR’s Independence

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 2, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, while on a working visit to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, participated in the ceremonies dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the NKR’s Independence, press service of the Presidential administration told “Armenpress”.

Together with NKR President Bako Sahakyan, the official delegation arrived from Armenia, Armenians of Nagorno Karabakh and other guests, the Armenian President visited Stepanakert Memorial from Revival Square, laid a wreath and paid a tribute to the memory of heroes fallen for Nagorno Karabakh’s independence.

Serzh Sargsyan laid flowers on the graves of the Nagorno Karabakh war victims’ pantheon and the First Chairman of the NKR Supreme Council Artur Mkrtchyan.

The ceremonies continue in Nagorno Karabakh.
