President Sargsyan holds consultation with law enforcement officials

YEREVAN, JULY 17, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan convened a consultation in the Presidential Palace with law enforcement officials.

The Presidential Administration told ARMENPRESS the law enforcement officials briefed President Sargsyan on the armed ambush and hostage situation in Yerevan and the operations of law enforcement agencies.

Law enforcement officials stressed they are in full control of the situation and are taking all necessary measures for resolving the incident.
