Last passengers injured in bus crash in Tula to arrive in Armenia Sunday

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 25, ARMENPRESS. The last passengers injured in Moscow-Yerevan bus crash near UzlovskyDistrict of Tula City will arrive in Armenia on December 27. Their rehabilitation works will continue here. “Armenpress” reports that the Health minister of Armenia Armen Muradyan told the journalists about this. “The rehabilitation works of all the patients was under direct supervision of Armenian and Russian health ministries. The issue of the injured was discussed with the Russian Minister; their rehabilitation process was supervised by deputy ministers. The last injured passengers who underwent complex operations and the life of one of them was under direct threat, will return to Armenia this Sunday”, Muradyan informed, adding that the sinister page of this story can be considered closed.

A passenger bus carrying 59 passengers and traveling from Moscow to Yerevan was involved in a tragic accident in the Uzlovsky district in the Tula province of Russia on Nov. 3. The crash, which happened at approximately 2:10 a.m., claimed the lives of 9 passengers and left dozens with severe injuries.

Garnik Harutyunyan, the driver of the bus which crashed en route from Moscow to Yerevan, has been arrested.
