YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 20, ARMENPRESS. The President of Armenia, Commander-in-Chief Serzh Sargsyan who is in NKR on a working visit toured in a number of Defense Army units accompanied by Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan, Defense Ministers of the two Armenian Republics and high ranking Command Staff. The visit was paid within the framework of cooperation between the two Armenian states.
As “Armenpress” was informed from the Department of Information and Mass Media of Republic of Armenia President’s Staff, the tour kicked off by observing the regimental tactic exercisesheld at “Mekhakavan” training ground. After the exercises the Presidents and Defense Ministers of the two Armenian handed out awards to the military personnel that were most active.
Commander-in-Chief of Armenian Armed Forces attended the opening ceremony of facilities of strategic importance, engineering and defensive structures, got acquainted with the living conditions of the servicemen within the framework of the working visit.
