James Warlick urges PACE to consult with OSCE before issuing reports on Nagorno-Karabakh

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 6, ARMENPRESS. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minks Group James Warlick commented on the disputable report on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict adopted by the PACE. As “Armenpress” reports, James Warlick posted on his Twitter page:

“PACE and other international organizations should consult with the OSCE Co-chairs before issuing reports or resolutions on Nagorno-Karabakh.”

PACE member Robert Walter’s disputable report on the escalation of the Nagorno Karabakh situation was discussed during PACE session in Paris on Nov. 6. Refusing the proposal of the Armenian delegation about postponing the discussion of the report and appointing a new speaker, the Committee adopted it with 24 - for and 16 - against.
