YEREVAN, 9 APRIL, ARMENPRESS. The Russian soldier Valery Permyakov, who is accused of the murder of the seven members of the Avetisyans’ family in Gyumri, is has been recognized guilty. Armenpress reports that Interfax was informed about it by a source, which is familiar with the situation.
“The psychological examination, commissioned by the investigation, recognized the soldier guilty. He was fully aware of his actions at the time of committing the crime,”the interlocutor of the agency noted.
He said that the examination was conducted by the stationary procedure at the Russian military base in Gyumri, where Permyakov is kept.“Experts have identified certain psychic deviations and disorders, but generally he is supposed to be sane,”the source said.
