Armenian officials meet SIAC CEO to discuss dispute resolution and cooperation prospects

A high-ranking delegation currently on a working and cognitive visit to Singapore, including the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Artur Atabekyan, met with Gloria Lim, Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
According to the Supreme Judicial Council, SIAC serves as a central platform for leading institutions involved in international dispute resolution.
During the meeting, Gloria Lim presented the functions of the Centre, highlighting its modern infrastructure and technological solutions for arbitration hearings, mediations, and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes. She noted that SIAC brings together prominent law firms, arbitration chambers, and support services under one roof.
The Armenian delegation expressed interest in the development and policy-making agenda in the field of international dispute resolution.
Discussions also covered opportunities for bilateral and multilateral institutional cooperation, the organization of joint events, and prospects for program implementation.
