Serzh Sargsyan reaffirms Armenia’s willingness for further cooperation with EPP

YEREVAN, 18 DECEMBER, ARMENPRESS. President Serzh Sargsyan, who is in Brussels on a working visit, participated today in the wide-format summit of the European People’s Party (EPP).

As the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media of the Structure of the Office to the President of the Republic of Armenia reports to “ArmenPress”, the preparations for the December 18-19 session of the Council of Europe, issues concerning the European People’s Party, the political situation in EU member states and the positions of the political parties of EU member states were discussed during the summit. The head of state reaffirmed Armenia’s willingness for further cooperation with the EPP and its interest in cooperation. The President mentioned that the European Union has been and still is one of Armenia’s important partners.
