YEREVAN, DECEMBER 1, ARMENPRESS: The Armenian grand master Sergei Movsesian has scored 2,5 points after three rounds at the open in Doha, Qatar. Armenpress was informed about it from the Armchess website. Movsesian is half a point behind the four leaders – GMs Anish Giri (Netherlands), Evgeny Tomashevsky (Russia), Nils Grandelius (Sweden) and Mikhailo Oleksienko (Ukraine).
The grand masters Hrant Melkumyan, Vladimir Akopian each have 2, Gabriel Sargissian, Robert Hovhannisyan, Hovhannes Gabuzyan – 1,5, Elina Danielian - 1 point.
