Armenia has six representatives in FIDE’s new ranking table

The International Chess Federation (FIDE) has published its February rankings. Armenia has three representatives in the men's rankings: Shant Sargsyan is ranked 64th, Hayk Martirosyan 85th, and Hrant Melkumyan 99th.

Former leader of the Armenian men’s chess team, Levon Aronian, who now plays under the U.S. flag, is ranked 12th.

In the women's rankings, Elina Danielyan is 47th, Lilit Mkrtchyan 55th, and Anna Sargsyan 84th.
