Armenia’s President receives CSTO Secretary General

YEREVAN, APRIL 4, ARMENPRESS: Today, the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan received Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Nikolay Bordyuzha who paid a working visit to the Republic of Armenia.

The Department of Mass Media and Public Relations of the President’s Staff of the Republic of Armenia informed Armenpress that the interlocutors discussed issues related to cooperation within the frames of CSTO. At the course of the meeting Nikolay Bordyuzha reported to the President of the Republic of Armenia about the current activities of the Organization, results recorded within the frames of cooperation, as well as the joint statement accepted in the session of CSTO Foreign Affairs Ministers’ council held in Moscow on April 3 on the occasion of the ongoing crisis in Syria and strict escalation of the situation in the north-west of the country.
